Please see the attached letter from Ontario’s Director of X-Ray Safety under the Healing Arts Radiation Protection (HARP) Act regarding a proposal to make a Minister’s regulation to establish a fee for the approval of installation plans for X-ray machines.
A new fee is proposed and comments to the changes are requested via the Government’s Regulatory Registry website. The url is contained within the attached letter.
